Stampede Cowboy Christmas 2024 Application

Electricity is available upon request only with 110w available. Additional fee of $25 will apply. Request for power must be made at the time of application for placement purposes. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cord. At least 100’ is recommended.

I understand Food Vendors must complete the required Southwest District Health Department Application and be approved.

I understand Food Vendors must be completely self-contained.

Proof of Insurance

 

Snake River Stampede requires all vendors to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)- Proof of Liability Coverage (in the amount of $1million dollars) naming Snake River Stampede, LLC as an additionally named insured. Vendors will not be allowed to set up on site if COI is not on file with the SRS office.

Acquire a Seller's Permit

 

The State of Idaho REQUIRES ALL VENDORS (BOLD) to register for a seller's permit. Please go online to Idaho.gov to fill out a temporary seller's permit for the show. It is each vendor’s responsibility to complete the ST-124, Idaho Sales Tax Declaration and return to the state. Below is the information you will need.

Go to tax.idaho.gov/GoToTAP and under “Sellers and Promoters” click “Register as a Temporary Seller or Promoter.”

Choose “Seller WITH Event ID” > “Next”

Choose “I am going to an event” > “Next”

Enter the Event ID > “Next”

Enter your Seller Information > “Next”

Choose Purpose: “I am not making taxable sales,” “I have a regular permit” or “I need a temporary permit.” > “Next”

Review your entry > “Submit”

Check your email account for further instructions or attach Temporary Seller’s Permit.

General Terms and Conditions


  1. I understand that I must complete this application truthfully and as accurately as possible.
  2. I understand that vendor fees must be paid in FULL once I receive acceptance to show. I will be notified via email. Payment pathway will be provided. Event fees will be due no later than 14 days after the invoice has been sent to the applicants email. There will be a $35 charge for any returned checks.
  3. I understand that completion of this application does not guarantee a space in Stampede Cowboy Christmas, vendors will be juried.
  4. I understand that All Vendor Booth fees are non-refundable
  5. I agree to abide by applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations and that violation will be grounds for removal from the event.
  6. If approved as a vendor at Snake River Stampede (SRS) events, I agree to cooperate with Snake River Stampede management and to pay the required fees and submit required paperwork.
  7. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snake River Stampede and their directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, from and against all liability claims, demands, losses, damages, levees, and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at SRS.
  8. I understand that I am required to be set up for the entire duration of the event-BREAKING DOWN BOOTH EARLY IS NOT PERMITTED! Participant must bring enough product to last the ENTIRE event.
  9. I understand that unruly behavior (including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse, or threatening behaviors) will not be tolerated and are cause for immediate removal.
  10. I understand that my booth is on the dirt in the Idaho Sports Center Horse Park.
  11. I am responsible for bringing all display materials. If I require (have reserved) electricity I will be required to provide 100’ of extension cord to facilitate my electricity.
  12. I agree to keep my display within my designated area and out of walk ways for the safety of shoppers and fellow vendors.
  13. I understand that I am responsible for removing all displays, advertising materials, and the like erected or placed on premises at the end of the event.(Including all zip ties and placing garbage in receptacles)
  14. I understand Snake River Stampede reserves the right to consider past performance and compliance with the rules and regulations during the vendor selection process.
  15. I agree to abide by Snake River Stampede rules, which include but are not limited to: only service animals covered under federal ADA laws are allowed at the Ford Idaho Center and grounds and the Idaho Horse Park Arena and grounds, no smoking/vaping.
  16. I understand that Snake River Stampede REQUIRES ALL VENDORS to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from  the vendor’s insurance company naming Snake River Stampede, LLC as an additionally named insured. I have attached current policy documents with my application. I understand I will not be allowed to set up on the premises if this form is not on file with the Snake River Stampede on the day of load in.

EVENT FAQS

Will there food and drinks for sale?
Yes! We will have different food and beverage trucks on site and available. Our Saloon will be open from Noon to 7 provided tasty specials, IDs will be required.
Do you have to be 21 to enter?
No, you only need to be 21 to purchase alcohol from the event.
Where do we park?
Parking is available anywhere at the Ford Idaho Center or the Horse Park FREE during the week of the rodeo. We will have golf carts and our famous Stampede Trolley going back and forth between the Horse Park and Amphitheatre, so our guests can easily go back and forth and enjoy activities on both sides. Carts will also be available to shuttle our guests to their cars to drop off shopping packages before the rodeo.
Do we have access for handicap parking and entrance?
Yes, guests can park close to the Idaho Horse park in handicap parking to enter the facility easiest.
Will credit cards be accepted?
Yes, our vendors and our saloon will accept credit cards at our event.
Do we need to bring chairs?
There will be tables and seating available throughout the event, but if you want to enjoy the Cowboy Poetry Gathering, come early and get a spot! Spots close to the stage may fill up quickly.
What other activities will there be?
Shopping, shopping and more shopping! Have your Christmas list ready and get started early with our Cowboy Christmas style vendors!
Is there shade?
This event is an indoor event, however, if you want to go back and forth between the amphitheatre booths and activities, plan to dress for warm weather.
