Rodeo Fans,

Welcome to the 2026 Snake River Stampede! We are excited to have you here to enjoy the wildest, fastest show on Earth! As our country celebrates its 250th year of independence, it is truly an honor to celebrate some of our history at the Snake River Stampede with all of you.

I have a fabulous wife, Desirae, and two amazing daughters, Ali and Audrey. Throughout the years, our family has been able to enjoy Canyon County, and we have strived to be a part of strengthening our community around us.

Being born and raised in Caldwell, I understand the importance of community and history in the valley. After graduating from the University of Idaho, Desirae and I moved to Nampa and I started my career at Ripley Doorn, a CPA firm with deep connections to Nampa. My acts of service in Nampa began years ago volunteering with the Nampa Optimist Club, and coaching youth sports. These volunteer opportunities led me to various roles within the Snake River Stampede.

What a privilege it is to be able to volunteer with so many individuals who have made the choice to make this event possible. Our Directors, Associate Directors, Honorary Directors, and volunteers are truly the reason we can put on this event today. In addition, we could not put on the rodeo without our sponsors. Please consider supporting them, as they help to facilitate our traditions and community engagement that we encourage at the Snake River Stampede.

The Snake River Stampede means so much to so many people. Hearing from the rodeo fans what it means to them is something | look forward to year after year. For some, they remember the outside arena and the nostalgia of the good old days. For others, it represents perseverance, strength, amazing equine and human athletes and a place to gather as a community.

Whatever has brought you here today, we are so glad that you are in the crowd tonight. You are what makes this
