Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that I must complete this application truthfully and as accurately as possible.
2. I understand that vendor fees must be paid in FULL May 15 prior to the event.
3. I have read and understand the Snake River Stampede Amphitheater Vendor Rules & Regulations and Guidelines and agree to abide by them.
4. I understand that completion of this application does not guarantee a space in the Amphitheater.
5. I agree to abide by applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations and that violation will be grounds for removal from the event.
6. If approved as a vendor at Stampede Wine Down events, I agree to cooperate with Snake River Stampede management and to pay the required fees.
7. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snake River Stampede and their directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, from and against all liability claims, demands, losses, damages, levees, and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at SRS.
8. I understand that although Snake River Stampede carries the required Accident and Liability Insurance, this insurance DOES NOT cover individual vendors. It is recommended that vendors carry their own product liability insurance.
9. I understand that unruly behavior (including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse, or threatening behaviors) will not be tolerated and are cause for immediate removal.
10. I understand that I am responsible for removing all displays, advertising materials, and the like erected or placed on premises at the end of the event.
11. I understand Snake River Stampede reserves the right to consider past performance and compliance with the rules and regulations during the vendor selection process.
12. I agree to abide by Snake River Stampede rules, which include but not limited to: only service animals covered under federal ADA laws are allowed on at Ford Idaho Center Grounds, no smoking/vaping.
